Eco Design Challenge Cornwall

What's the size of your school's ecological footprint? and How could design make it smaller?

I [Tim] was asked to go into Falmouth School as a mentor to help with their design solution to the above problem – an ingenious recycling bin with a points system which could be sponsored by a major company as an incentive to recycle more.

I was also lucky enough to go to Tremough in Penryn to see the 6 finalists pitch their ideas 'Dragons Den' style to a top panel of judges! Glad I wasn't a judge – all the pitches were great and I imagine it was a hard job to pick a winner!
